Purpose of data collection:

 Only data relevant to the rental agreement will be collected. Information regarding religion, marital status, or political affiliation is generally not required. Data collection and processing are necessary for the performance of the contract and are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data will not be shared with third parties.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was processed, provided that no legal provisions, such as retention obligations, prevent its deletion.

Name, address, contact details, booking period, identification document and number

Right to object and access: You have the right to object to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time. Furthermore, you are entitled to request information about the data we have stored about you and, if the data is incorrect, to request its correction or, if the data is being stored unlawfully, to request its deletion.
